Baum & Bonheur, or rather its predecessor company, was founded in 1894 and has grown continuously over generations. Today, with its 140 experienced, highly qualified employees and around 500 hectares of cultivated land, it is one of the largest tree nurseries in Europe and specializes in avenue and large trees. Quality, sustainability and future viability are of great importance to Baum & Bonheur, which is why the product range is being successively adapted to future climatic conditions. We are looking for journeyman gardeners and master gardeners / technicians (f/m/d) for our production as soon as possible.

We are also looking for gardeners from other disciplines who would like to familiarize themselves with the tree nursery business, e.g. with specialization in landscaping, floriculture and ornamental plant cultivation, fruit or vegetable cultivation, cemetery or perennial gardeners.

What we are looking for:

Qualification as a journeyman/master craftsman/technician
Class B driving license, other classes also welcome
Enjoy working outdoors
Ability to work in a team and independently
If applying as a master craftsman or technician, leadership qualities and experience are desirable
