Baum & Bonheur (formerly Baumschulen Lappen) was founded in 1894 and has grown continuously over generations. Today, with its 140 experienced, highly qualified employees and around 500 hectares of cultivated land, it is one of the largest tree nurseries in Europe and specializes in avenue and large trees. Quality, sustainability and future viability are of great importance to Baum & Bonheur, which is why the product range is being successively adapted to future climatic conditions.

What we are looking for:

A degree as a master gardener, technician or a university degree in the green sector
Alternatively, many years of professional experience and therefore an equivalent qualificatio
Good communication skills and sociability
Enjoy traveling
